All the motifs for this design came from the background of a 17^th century Indian wall hanging. The colouring is in same style as the original document, white outlines on a coloured ground. Our new printed stripe Bandana is based on smaller motifs from the same panel. Both are printed on a dual purpose linen cotton union.
